• How does CoverSure help me save money on insurance renewals?+

  CoverSure allows you to pay premiums of any amount while using the Amazon Pay wallet (capped at ₹25,000 by other platforms). The trick to maximize your savings: load your Amazon Pay balance using a high-reward credit card (like HDFC Infinia, Axis Atlas, etc.). When you load via these cards, you earn reward points/miles/cashback ranging from 5% to 16%, depending on the card. On a ₹50,000 premium, you could earn ₹2,500 to ₹8,000 back!

• Which insurers are supported for renewal payments?+

  CoverSure supports 58+ insurance companies in India, including all major life insurers (LIC, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, Max Life, SBI Life, Tata AIA, Kotak Life), health insurers (Star Health, Niva Bupa, Care Health, Aditya Birla Health, HDFC Ergo), motor insurers (Bajaj Allianz, New India, Go Digit, Acko, Royal Sundaram), and many more.

• Is there a limit on premium amounts I can pay?+

  You can pay ANY amount. CoverSure allows you to pay premiums of any amount via options like Credit Card, Wallets, or Debit. There is NO CAP on insurance premium payment via Amazon Pay Wallet on CoverSure, while other platforms usually cap this at ₹25,000.

• What are the convenience fees?+

  CoverSure charges approximately 0.5% - 1.3% on the convenience fees. This is significantly lower than the rewards you earn. Users can save up to 16% effectively.

• How fast does the payment reflect with my insurer?+

  Most payments reflect within 2-4 business days. For LIC, usually 2 business days. We recommend paying at least 3-5 business days before your policy expiry date.

• What if my payment gets stuck or fails?+

  If payment fails, the amount is refunded to your original source within 3-5 business days. If successful on CoverSure but not reflecting with the insurer, email care@coversure.in with your transaction ID. We resolve queries within 24 hours on business days.

• Why not pay directly on the insurer’s website?+

  You can! But you miss:

  1. Most insurer sites don’t accept Amazon Pay, so no reward stacking.

  2. You must enter the policy number, DOB, OTP every time.

  3. No unified view of all policies.

  4. No smart renewal reminders.

  5. For CoverSure app users, this is just a 1-tap step to get renewals!
